Kids Chore Chart is a chore and reward app for children ages 4-12, designed by a former children's mental health counselor specifically for kids with ADHD and executive function challenges - though it works for any kid who's allergic to nagging.
Traditional chore charts assume kids remember tasks, feel rewarded by checkmarks, and stay motivated by end-of-week prizes. ADHD brains break all three assumptions. Kids Chore Chart is built around the behavioral science of ADHD motivation instead: chores appear as visual quest cards with pictures; completing one pays XP instantly; kids save XP toward real-world rewards their parents define - screen time, movie night, choosing Friday's dinner. A weekly star jackpot builds in novelty, and each child gets an individual quest list so siblings aren't compared.
What makes it different: built by a founder who has ADHD and is raising a son with ADHD, tested with his own family. No ads, no tracking, no social features. Optional photo verification lets kids prove the bed is made while parents approve from the couch.
